GOT BOOTCAMP?

Got Bootcamp? a journey to your physical through your mental, spiritual and emotional - is a 30-day intense heart monitored cardio and callisthenic workout. We meet 5 days a week – Monday – Friday. You have a choice of attending the day or evening* camp. All camps take place in and around the gym. Because we workout according to each individuals resting heart rate and fitness and nutritional assessment, there is no set start date. You never have to worry about joining too late to fit in with the group. The day you join the bootcamp is the day your 30-day program begins. [Note: call to find out about our special 45 day program geared towards those with a busy or planned schedule

 Each person will receive prior to beginning the camp:

  • Before picture
  • Full body measurements
  • Weight
  • Body fat taken using the bioelectrical impedance device
  • Body Mass Index (BMI) using the bioelectrical impedance device
  • Fitness and nutritional assessment (caloric nutritional guide)
  • 45 days free access to aol.com to receive daily ‘food for thoughts', participate in chats and Q & A via IM
  • 15 day free nutritional software so you can track your progress

Once the bootcamp begins you will receive:

  • 20 – 22 face to face 1 hour per day sessions with your bootcamp instructors

At the end of your 30-day bootcamp session you will receive:

  • After picture
  • Full body measurements
  • Weight
  • Body fat taken using the bioelectrical impedance device
  • Body Mass Index (BMI) using the bioelectrical impedance device
  • Fitness assessment that shows you the results you achieved between day 1 and day 30
